Services
Ciel Africa provides software engineering, design and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed per project in a separate proposal or agreement.
Quotes & pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting points, not fixed quotes. Final pricing depends on scope, functionality, integrations, complexity and requirements, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in each project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, work begins after an agreed deposit.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components and our pre-existing tools, which remain under their own licenses.
Digital products sold through this site are licensed, not sold outright, under the terms stated at purchase.
Revisions & scope
Each project defines the scope and included revisions. Work beyond the agreed scope may affect timeline and cost.
Liability
Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
